Shipping

All pieces are made to order and shipped from the UK, usually within 3-5 working days from placing your order unless otherwise stated. Items are dispatched from the UK and can be sent via Royal Mail first class, Royal Mail ‘signed for’ or courier and you should allow 3 working days and 1/2 days respectively. Please provide a contact number if selecting courier option - the contact number will only be used to facilitate delivery via the courier company.

You will be notified when the item has been shipped along with the relevant tracking number. Flat rate shipping charges are applied for all orders. For special offers on shipping please refer to the Shop page.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct, returned items will be charged for redelivery.

Any customs duties, taxes, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges.

If an item is needed urgently please do contact me and I will try to accommodate your request.

Please note that as we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic all postal services are suffering backlogs and staff shortage. As a direct result all deliveries may be subject to delays at this time.

Returns

I accept returns with the exception of personalised or custom-made items.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning unwanted, non-personalised goods is borne by the buyer.  Used, altered or customer-damaged merchandise is not acceptable for exchange or return.

Any items being returned must be in its original condition and packaging.  If not returned in original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.   

Please ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact me as soon as possible with details of the damage.  

Items purchased at any store selling Crafted by A merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to Craftedbya.com
